2. Once document verification, application preparation, drafting, filing preparation or other substantial work has commenced, the professional/service fee may become non-refundable.
3. Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duty, registration fees and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once paid.
4. Refunds, where applicable, will be considered based on the nature and stage of the service.
5. Delays or rejection by government departments or other authorities do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
6. Refunds approved by DK Business Filings will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.
7. If additional work is required due to incorrect, incomplete or changed information supplied by the client, additional charges may apply.

For any refund or cancellation request, please contact us with your order/service details. Any dispute arising in connection with our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jamnagar City.
